We are the Premier Authorised Service Centre for Samsung as well as many other manufacturers.

Anglia Domestic Refrigeration Ltd is a well established family run company based in Suffolk with engineers covering most of East Anglia. We specialise in frost free appliances, integrated fridge freezers, American style Side by Side fridge freezers and are fully conversant on all aspects of system work – ie re-gassing, compressor replacements etc.

Between us, the staff bring years of vast and valuable experience to provide our customers with the best possible service.

Our engineers are fully trained, qualified and insured to undertake all aspects of domestic refrigeration repairs giving our customers complete piece of mind.

We work in partnership with many of the big manufacturers and insurance companies carrying out warranty and extended warranty repairs on their behalf, therefore we have to ensure that the service we provide is always the best in the industry, and our reputation is built on this.

The benefits of working in Partnership with the manufacturers that we work with, is that we are constantly provided with ongoing training when a new product comes on to the market and when a fault on a particular model range becomes a common fault, we work with the manufacturers own technicians and other engineers around the UK to provide a solution to the problem. This also has benefits for our customers whose warranties have expired, but who can contact us directly and still receive the same level of service. Amongst others, we carry out repair and servicing work on behalf of Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Lec, Baumatic, Whirlpool, Beko, Smeg, Bush, Fridgemaster and Belling. For example, as the Premier Authorised Service Centre for Samsung, we are very much involved in helping Samsung achieve their extremely high expectations, and this is done by means of regular field quality workshops to discuss ongoing technical problems with other engineers around the country, by regular hands on training of their new and latest products, and by regular meetings to help us understand the ever changing needs of the customers and the industry that we work in.

Another advantage of working closely in partnership with the manufacturers is that we have access to a large stock supply directly from them. This means we receive parts quickly, at the manufacturer’s prices, and in the knowledge that they are always the latest genuine parts.

Being in the kind of industry that we are, and with the high expectations that are put upon us by the companies that we work with, our service levels are constantly monitored to ensure that every aspect of what we do is done to the highest standard. We have chosen to work with companies that will accept nothing less than a professional overall service, and this is extended to all of our customers, both in warranty and out of warranty.

We will always try to provide our customers with the best possible service, the quickest appointment times, the best value for money offering pre-quoted fixed price call out and labour charges, and the ability to get parts quickly if we don’t already have them on the van to complete the repair on the first visit. In the rare occurrences where we don’t have the parts on the van to complete a repair, the parts will be charged for on the second visit. We will never charge you a second call out and labour charge for the second visit. If we don’t have the parts to complete the repair on the first visit, it seems unfair to charge the customer another call out and labour charge to complete the repair when we return.

Fortunately, we only work on refrigeration products; therefore we are able to carry a much wider stock of just refrigeration parts only, rather than a few parts for lots of different appliance types.

Our qualified engineers are trained to the industry standard in the safe handling of refrigerants, and we undertake all aspects of refrigeration system work including compressor replacements and re-gassing.
